Installing replacement thermistors for Hotpoint FF72P

Hi there, I’ve recently ordered replacement thermistors for my FF72P – having read some of the posts around issues with the Fridge going to ridiculously high temperatures whilst the freezer remains on -22.
I need some advise on changing the thermistors – if someone can either provide or point me to the appropriate section.
The thermistors in question are the Evaporator thermistor (p/n 2601683) and the Freezer thermistor (p/n 2600283).
Would really appreciate the advice, as I’d like to change the parts asap.

They are plug in with coloured plugs so change them on a like for like basis.
