Integrated Frigidaire, fridge section freezing weekly

Hi,
despite defrosting, refitting and tweaking the doors to get a good deal, ice builds near the drain hole after just a week and quickly takes over.

Have cleared the hole and even flushed with hot water, which seems to drain. Could there be a build up of ice behind? Difficult to pull out to check on my own.

Greateful of any advice before I condemn it, can’t handle the hassle any more!

Maybe the drain hole is blocked?
I use a long nylon cable tie and a little bleach to clean mine out.
