    Hi,
    Our integrated cooker hood has stopped working, both light and fan fail to come on. I’ve replaced the 3amp fuse but to no avail, the bulb was replaced about 12 months ago.
    The manufacturer of the hood is the Bernstein Group, model no is 05-800253.
    Is it completely kapput or can it be repaired?

    Any help or advice much appreciated.

    Hi one possibility could be the microswitch not functioning? which is built into the channel of the door you pull open! Or the sliding switches both are very comman faults!! Hope this helps and please power off if your going to take any covers off?

    Are there spare parts readily available for the items you mention?
    Where would be the best place to buy them from?
