KeymasterEvery month or so I get an approach for a repair network, it’s not uncommon at all and, generally, I shirk away from it becasue quite simply we don’t currently have the infrastructure to do much of anything about it. Hence the “New Way” thread.
So far I’ve had conversations with several manufacturers etc all looking for an alternative to what’s already out there. Basically they don’t like any of them as they all come with baggage.
But this PM (edited) I got this morning is a good one…
Kenneth,
I hope you don’t mind the request; my organisation (********) are going to be working in partnership with ServicePower and Jonathon Trubshaw for a major home repairs organisation. I read your articles on the troubles at NESN on this web-site, I wonder if you could shed any further light on these for me.

Is it coincidence that Service power have come up with some optomised software and ISDAL have just implemented such software 😕 😉
Or am I barking up the wrong tree?Greg

Interesting that P.M. Hope you will put them right regards S/power and keep them updated.
Regards the “New Way” thread, I need to read it properly, and absorb it, I notice someone from Zummerzet has been suggested, which means I will have to read it properly, me luvver.
Won’t be for a while though, I’m one of those CDSL Ass Creepers that have made it to one of their Jollys, so I’m out the country for a few days as from tonight.

Heh Alex did no-one tell you that the freebies are the basting for the roast? 😉
You never know, you may run into a baldy crook as well there! 😆
Yes Gegsy, basically the IT system is the hub of the world so far as service management is concerned these days, end of story. The information and the speed at which it is dealt with is the single most important factor, the next it would seem is actually having troops on the ground.
