I have a Candy CSC1745WE fridge freezer, that is less than a year old. The interior light of the fridge has started flashing after the door has been opened for a few seconds. I have tried adjusting the temperature settings to the minimum and maximum, and i have turned the power off for 20 minutes. I’m pretty sure the light is a L.E.D. It appears to be cooling normally

I’ve looked through the manual and it doesn’t say anything about flashing.
I will give them a ring tomorrow and see what they say.
    Thanks

The LED unit will be faulty I expect, it’s this one:

I don’t know what the score is but I don’t think they’re covered by the warranty being a bulb.

When is a bulb not a bulb?
When its a circuit board, with L.E.D’s

It’s likely to be a faulty capacitor on the circuit board of the lamp assembly.
