Whirlpool ADP6830 dishwasher was working when, unknown to us, a water main burst in the next village. The water pressure dropped and finally water supply stopped. Found out when went to put kettle on.
Went to utility room to finder dishwasher displaying an error message F7.

Water board now fixed the mains and we have water to the house, but cant get rid of the error message (tried turning off the machine at its controls and at the mains). 😥

HELP! Any ideas what I should try?

You need to cancel the programme and restart – cutting the power doesn’t do it. Switch on and hold the start button down for about 10 seconds; should do the trick.

Thanks Penguin 45 – you are a star. It worked a treat.
Simple when you know how I guess.

    Many thanks!

Just had a similar problem on my Whirpool. Fault diagnosed and solved and no service callout. Many thanks.
