From 1st November 2011, we will be introducing Iris codes to all service calls
There are 3 codes we would like you to supply after you have completed the call, they must be supplied when submitting your monthly claims
Symptom Code
Defect Code
Repair CodeI will be sending out an email with all the codes, but if you have any questions please shout.

There are no Symptom Codes listed on the excel sheet. 😕

Anyway the third tab Anne has done a summary of all so like me have been spending ages looking at every one listed try this. 💡
You may already do this, but if not a quicker way is to highlight all and use the find option stick in a few words may get you to a code!

does anyone know these iris codes like the back of there hand 😕
1 iv replaced the motor. taco gone defect code Areplaced the module repair code A
struggling with the symptom code A little?
What boils down To It
1st call inspection ” motor taco surging into spin2Nd replaced motor still the same
3rd call replaced moduleWhat would be the correct iris codes

TBH dont get too technical, if its a motor related fault then just put
611- no motor rotation
or 621 irregular rotation this should cover! 😉Have you got the excel symptom code sheet?
