Invensys MPV01SV regulator

Hi

Can anyone recommend a replace regulator for the invensys type. I am having a lot of these blue reglators failing on stoves/belling cookers and are quite pricey.

Qualtex has that one in at £10.39 but they don’t list a replacement.

Hi

yes they are all about £10/11 pounds plus vat plus delivery but the diamond is only about £6/7 if there is a suitable replacement.

Customers seem to wait until there are 3/4 gone before calling and that gives them a heafty bill.

Just hoping that someone have been down this avenue before

yes i have. i dismantled a diamond h and an old invensys and figured out how to wire them up. annoying thing is it worked perfectly and i wrote everything down. but i lost it. so the answer is yes it can be done, just take a couple apart and see. in fact while i’m snowed in i might just do it myself.

Update

Have been fitting 40ER101c19 instead of these invensys regulators with great success.

Only one problen to date was on a stoves cooker where the screw holding the facia on stopped the regulator fitting correctly. 😡 Ah well cannot win them all
