Customer has called me with an oddity which I’m not sure is just a child lock. I’ve tried different combinations of switches and holding the start button but it persists. They can’t find t’ book so I’m hoping theres help on the font of all knowledge 😉

When the prog. dial is turned to any programme 15 seconds is shown as though it’s in a spin cycle. Then the 15 changes to -0- and the start button flashes in time with a key symbol in the upper left corner of the screen. Then every minute on there are three beeps.

    I’m presuming it’s a child lock I can’t clear???

    Any ideas

i have had this on a bosch washer drier and it was something the customers child done by pushing buttons in a certain sequence caused the child lock, i couldnt clear it but a bsh friend sorted it, you just have to know the sequence of button pushing needed.
