mega busy over this way cant keep up wiv it all having to work 7 days a week hope it stays like this forever, but will die off soon so just enjoyin it while it lasts

Its alot quieter than it was but its expected for this time of year. Upto now not as quiet as it was this time last year though 😕

yes its a bit slow for me too. but then its been a bit slow this time of year for as long as I can remember……that said, seems to be lots of firms laying off, two of my customers this week have just been made redundent . has the bubble burst?

Last week was my worst week i can remember. My phone did not ring for 4 days, i kept ringing it from another phone to check it was working. Then when i did finally get a call it was the Yellow Pages rep asking how my advert was doing and to arrange processing my new advert for septembers issue. He was surprised at my lack of enthusiasm.

Only done 6 repairs so far this week, but luckily we’ve sold a few new appliances, including installation.
Everytime the phone rings, it’s just another git trying to sell me something 👿

Think even the manufacturers are finding it a bit quiet….just wait until the weather is nice and the fridges stop cooling or when the kids are off school and they decide to swing on mummys washing machine door for amusement 😛

I can’t seem to get customers to be in for me to fit parts before the end of the month 🙁 .

Service calls are quiet this week but appliances are doing fine thank goodness 😀 . I think suppliers are quiet too as I have had loads of fax`s, emails and phone calls with special offers etc etc.

Apart from 3xISE deliveries tomorrow :tup:
Even had the only other call booked for tomorrow (slimline Zan DW no motor) cancel to say she’d bought another sort for £150. She declined to tell me what type it was cos I said ‘Oh that’ll be a quality product then’. :rolls:Tony C

Quite busy all round, had three of those dodgy Whirlpool pumps in five days.
Bloody ridiculous to have to change the full £90 + motor for a 2 inch rubber hose pipe.
