Can someone please tell me if it is at all possible to buy spares for ‘Swan’ products, the number i found on the internet only do the small appliances ie microwaves etc, im after a wash powder box for a black swan washer model ‘sw2030b’ and for the life of me i cant find anywhere that sells em, and if you ring littlewoods who actually own the brand they dont want to know unless you purchased it direct from them! aaarrrgghhhh

NESN do Swan spares as they do the warranty work but don’t know if they sell them to the trade.

phoned em and they gave me the number for dill and sons, and they said they even struggle to get hold of em, as its littlewoods own brand so most the times they just replace the appliance for the customer than repairing it.
I dont think its gonna happen is it?

Just had to write off a six month old Vestel Swan for a door seal. NESN/Littlewoods can’t get one and nobody else seems to have one. What gets me is after the 12 month guarantee, if the haven’t taken an extended warranty, and it goes wrong it’s automatically BER. Perhaps an opportunity for UKW bearing in mind their previous dealings with Vestel.

If its the same model as the curry’s own model then I have access to the motors/tubs/modules act.
