is there no contact number for SERVIS anymore?

hi got a customer who bought a new servis dishwasher a couple of months ago and now there seems to be a problem, we did used to have a 0121 number for servis and they were still doin repairs under warranty or is this not the case anymore? as the 0121 number doesnt work either now?

any help much appreciated

She needs to contact the retailer who sold her it and they are responsible for repairing it.

thats us but isnt any company still doin the repair work for servis

Servis has gone bust , so the retailer is responsible for repairs or replacement of appliance.

servis were carrying out reairs for the indipendent retailers but that has been shut now

Yep thats right, i have tried all the numbers we have for servis uk and all numbers no longer work.
I know we still repair servis appliances

Even the antonio merloni uk branch now states that their voicemail box is full ring back later even the engineers only lines dosnt either get answered but it rings.

They havnt paid no invoices since I agreed to do work direct.I think it was agamble that hasnt paid off in respects of poss new work.Atleast its only a couple of hundred pounds.
