    Hi,

    Got a ISE 10 1606W with a door that suddenly stopped opening after program and if you press the unlock button it starts another program bizarrely.

    Have tried powering down at mains, checking child lock etc but only way it opens is the emergency toggle.

    There is no door fault code (F6), so slightly confused as to the issue.

    Any ideas?

    Something I have never encountered on one of these? Would tend to suspect a control board fault rather than door lock itself but that is pure speculation I’m afraid. Spares for these are very limited now and the main control board is very expensive. It is a bit of a faff using the emergency release but it might the the best option if the machine is still working.
