I’ve had Chris Chantrel on the phonr this evening asking about delivery on ISE 10’s he’s ordered for a customer who expects a delivery from Chris on Monday next.
I know we are running up against a brick wall with this Stroud Guy and I also know we have tried a direct approach to Asko via their tech dept with no response as yet.
I think we have to turn up at their HQ at Red Hill Monday morning and button hole this Stroud guy for info or our money back. If we kick up enough shit at their reception desk it should instigate some response.
We can at least we can say that we actually went knockin at their door to try and get hold of the promised product.
