the leaking from door turned out to be down to the four screws that hold the door glas and seal in place had either never been tightened up / or had worked loose , when i separated the door outer the glass and retaining plates fell out , having never disembled the same i didf not realise at first what was wrong ,however on putting it all back together there was no more leak ……. so if you get a leak from door i suggest try tightening the four screws on the door

i assume i can claim a call for this how do i proceed
