I have a report of not drying, visiting this pm. Dryer was purchased in Feb 2011 its in a vets.
I just have a feeling that it will be heating and everything will appear ok. Customer says filters and condenser are clean.
Any advise welcome as its the first one of these i’ve seen.
    Thanks

take the cover of the fan, its just next to the condenser once the bottom panel is off, just one screw. Chances are the fan is full of flea ridden dog hairs.
there is a manual reset (I think) stat on the heater, might have to dismantle the backplate to get to it though.

Thanks for that always useful if you’ve never worked on one before.
Turned out to be a condenser problem. Although customer said they had cleaned the unit they hadn’t done it properly.
I.e. you could see through the condenser side ways but it was blocked looking length ways. At least they know now.

A clue was a lot of excess water in the condenser and chamber.

I also removed the pump to see weather it was blocked. Bit of job, you have to take the back panel off. Not as easy to access as the Hotpoint variants.

Hope this helps anyone who’s not seen one before.
