If you get an ISE 10 customer complaining that the time remaining countdown has “stuck” on 1 minute, despite the programe not anywhere near finishing, dont take any action as it is not a fault. It calculates the time remaining based on a previous wash time and if this differs (water pressure or out of balance load between rinse spins maybe) then the time remaining will show 1 minute until the end of the cycle. Advise the customer not to stop or turn off the wash, just wait till the end and all will be well on the next wash they do.

Great tip Mark, thanks that one’s now logged in my head.
Another one is intermittent F3 errors. Check the detergent being used and the quantity as if they use a commercial one or overdose it can “suds lock” the pressure switch and fool the machine into thinking it’s not drained. I’ve had a few now that have done that, all resolved over the phone with a little advice.
