Had a bit of a needless service call on an ISE 10 the other day. The customer saw an F3, no drain error, and did his duty by draining the machine through the filter drain pipe and removed the filter. He found a 5p inside, re-assembled and switched the machine back on. As the machine will re start at the same point as it failed, (ie. in this case when draining) the customer became confused by the lights showing and the strange noise we all know as a pump running with no water in it. He then assumed a further problem and called for service.
It would seem, along with many other makes these days, when switched off or unplugged even for long periods, the programme will still remember and pick up where it was. something to look out for that could be easily sorted on the phone.
