hi all,
It really is like waiting for the delivery of a baby! In fact i am even more excited and hopefully a lot less painful 😆 (I’m of the fairer sex, just in case all you female members were thinking of shouting a me!)
I know how to use a washing machine but i dont know if i can work out how to post a photo 😳 Sure glad martin has put a picture on here for me 😀
I will be updating on the ‘delivery’ though 😉

Well not quite, that is the Asko W6564 as here:
Quickwash is getting an ISE10 1607W… Having been part of the build up I was just looking forward to the denouement.

Just one thing…
The 1607 isn’t based on the W6564. Same basic design chassis design I grant you, different control panel, PCB and software. Oh, as well as a different drum and tub, shock absorbers and a few other bits and bobs. 😉
If you look at the spec on that page you’ll see it the previous 7kg rated drum and tank. 50l load capacity as opposed to the 7000 Series with the 60l drum.
Looks awfully similar though at a glance from the photos.
Loved the use of denouement Jaunty, very apt and much underused word, one I had totally forgotten so thanks for the reminder. Sorry for the digression, the use of the English language and its range never ceases to amaze me.

:waving: all,
Did notice that all the wording was foreign 😕 I was thinking who is the father of my ‘baby’? 😆
Just got the ‘nursery’ ready for the new arrival 😉
Love the adding of the rarely used words 🙂 Cant think of a good one to add at this time of night though :rolls:
Will post news of the delivery tomorrow 😉

:waving: all,
It’s D-Day :bounce:
The ‘nursery’ is ready, actually quite a big job here as a full size fridge-freezer has to be moved, down to an absolutely rubbish kitchen design 🙁 That being the reason that a 1606, with the drop-down door design, is not already an addition to the family :rolls: Mind you, the new features of my ‘baby’ (and it will be treated like one, with the best dry’ food’ money can buy and regular ‘affresh’ baths!) are very welcomed 😀
All interested parties wil be informed of the new arrival later today 😉
Anyhow i better get my rest in readiness of the delivery, lets hope the ‘labour’ goes well and without too much pain 😉

She has arrived and she is gorgeous 😀 She is 85cm long and weighs 73kg 😉
‘Labour and delivery went very smoothly with no pain at all’ 😉
Her ‘cries’ are very quiet, I can even watch tv without turning the volume up :baby:
She has been worth the wait and is living up to all expectations 😀
I cant praise her ‘fathers’ up enough and i will be recommending everyone i know to try for a ‘baby’ 😉
I will let everyone know how she is doing in a weeks time 🙂
Hope everyone has enjoyed my ‘pregnancy, labour and delivery’ and this bit of good ‘clean’ fun 😆
kind regardsquickwash :plug:

To avoid any confusion (for any people who do actually click through, not many will I guess) when Kwatt did click through the link was going to the wrong model. This was only up briefly, and the link is now to the right model, which shows the same 60l drum & 8 Kg capacity. So we are both right. 😀

:waving: all,
if you wondered what has happened to my avatar, i have changed it as i realised i had ‘hijacked’ martins!
First wash completed, it is like a dream 😀 I couldnt believe how dry the clothes were after spinning 😯 At first i thought that maybe they didnt get washed, then i thought ‘hang on you were watching almost the entire cycle’, i know what a silly girl i am :rolls:
Updates to follow,
best wishes to all,

For now, I’m not slightly surprised. I’m more surprised if there’s any sort of issue in the first few years or score.
In 20-25 years time I’ll raise an eyebrow and have a bit more reverence.
If it goes for the 35 years that some have, I’ll be telling the factory in Sweden that they managed it again. 😉
