ISE 10 F3 chargeable job

Customer has rang and has admitted to washing one of those self destructing chemise (sp?) things.
I explained it was not covered by the guarantee and that it would be chargeable.
Two questions:
1. How easy is it to remove the sump hose and clear this mess out?

2. Do we (ISE) have a fixed price for jobs not covered by the guarantee or is it up to me how much I charge. I have quoted a fee of £65 inclusive, but did wonder after if that was right?

Easy peasy pie. 😉

No “official rate”but we do advise customers that it can vary and to expect from about £50-60 to £70-80 as a general rule.
