ise 10 filling then emptying

hi got a call out to ise 10 cust. says it fills then empties has anyone got a clue what could cause this as i dont want to have to make two trips if pos.

Could be overfilling and tripping the safety level.

Can be caused by overfoaming as it can fool the level switch.

thanks k. will check for leaks on p switch pipe or blockages as well, it sounds like it is doing it at beginning of wash so unlikely to be overfoaming but will advise them
