    My ISE 10 developed a knocking noise on spin which gradually got worse over some weeks.
    I tracked it down to the drum pulley moving on its splines.
    I removed and refitted the pulley and all seems well but the question I have is should I fit a new pulley?
    The fit on the splines is not tight at all and the spring washer behind the pulley pushed the pulley off the shaft when I removed the bolt.
    Is it meant to be like this?

    Dunno TBH Steve I’ve never had to take one off except during factory training in Sweden nearly 18 months ago and I can’t recall now.

    I’ve certainly not seen or had a problem in that respect.

    I’ll order up another pulley just to be safe though.
