    customer said not spinning and noisy.

    she had only out one item in, i could not find reference to oob in manual

    should it be included in trouble shooting ?

    TBH, it’s a VERY unusual complaint with a 10.

    I think there is a reference to it somewhere, can’t remember where though. 😕
