Further to the other topic it appears now that the unit sticks on any cycle near the end point before performing the conditioner wash.
It appears to constantly fill the pre wash section of the detergent drawer and then empties the water then refills constantly.
After the drain and spin that my wife performed to empty it last time, she ran another wash cycle on a different program and that has now stuck after doing the main wash and is performing a constant fill/empty.
She is now beginning to question why I spent a lot of money on a washer that doesn’t appear to work as well as our old cheap tricity bendix.
Advice please.

Why don’t you just contact the supplying dealer? The infrastructure is there surely to enable you to address any possible problems you may experience so that it may be quickly resolved. Hypothesising the potential scenarios over the Internet only leads to confusion, frustration and, after all said and done, is not what the concept of ISE is all about. You buy a quality machine and that entitles you to a quick solution only your local dealer can provide, therefore I suggest you make that all important telephone call. 😉
