    Got a W288 where the LCD display illuminates but no characters are visable and im unable to set any of the programmes.
    Has anyone else seen this problem as i dont want ask the customer to shell out for the display PCB unless im reasonably sure it will fix it?.
    ( notice i said “ask the customer”, no way im buying a expensive part like this! ).

    It does sound like the display has had it although very unlikely, you wouldn’t see any other issues if that were the case.
