Called back to this machine after 3 weeks installed.
Customer could not close door even though all ok up to this point.
Went back and could not see why it would not close.
Took out the interlock which is not easy to access and tried with door off.
It worked alright, so I sprayed it with WD and assembled and it seemed to be ok.
Has this happened with anyone else and is this leading to more interlock problems similar to ISE 2 and ISE 5 washers?

    Re: ISE 10 Washer

    Hi Mike,

Yours is about the 4 th or 5th door lock problem since we started selling them, so in all fairness given the volume we sell it is not exactly a problem.

Thing is with the ISE 10 because the door is attached to the tub assy rather than the outer casing you have to be a little firmer when closing the port hole door as it tends to move backwards slightly on the dampers when closing it.

ALL THE BEST FOR THE NEW YEAR BTW !

    Helpfull tip

A wee bit vaseline in the lock aperture works wonders for both opening and closing the door
