Re: ISE 10 Washer
It will correct itself.
What happens is that the time is estimated based on the last wash results and it averages to an extent over time.
But, if the customer does large loads especially combined with lower incoming water temps at the moment (water pressure can also affect it) then it will show a longer estimated program time. There’s not a lot anyone can do about it and replacing components will make no difference, it will do the same thing depending on the use.
85 mins for 40ËšC cotton Eco is actually about right as is 60ËšC cottons, it’s actually not that far off the mark, if it’s out at all.
How is it showing the wrong temperature? There’s no display for temperature beyond the program itself should marry with the default option, it’s then up to the customer to change it as required.
But it is extremely important to remember that the program times on any machine I’ve come across in the past few years estimates the time it will take. It will adjust as it goes and you will almost never, ever, get two loads that take the same amount of time due to all the variables involved in the calculation.
Both the ISE5-2 and the AW23 countdown timers operate in exactly this way as well.
