    My ISE 10 arrived today. I was somewhat surprised to find it being delivered by a delivery company rather than an engineer. They took one look at the kitchen and decided they weren’t going to install it so I now have a large white ornament on the kitchen floor.

    I have connected up the power (not as straightforward as you might think) and the cold fill (by using a longer hose). The waste pipe is about a foot short. I have an extension (from homebase – yuk) but it looks like I have to take the machine to bits to fit it which I’m not about to do.

    Any options other than paying my local repair man to install it?

    Hi Gary,

    Email me the details (address etc.) and I’ll see what I can sort. Probably won’t be able to do much until Tuesday though due to the bank holiday.
