Wow I had just just had an almighty row with an ISE customer that insists that I am fully responsible for his machine, and If I can’t repair it I have to change it
(Ken will know this customer)
He is threatening me with bankruptcy and all sorts
apparently he has spoken to 30 people who all agree I don’t know what I am doing and should never be in business. (Even Ken and David said I should never touch a washing machine) 😮
Feel like telling him to get stuffed but have agreed to call next week to have a look as I feel I do have some responsibility to try and sort it.
I shall look forward to this one
