We noticed a 50p coin slip down between the inner and outer drum casing during a wash. Its not appeared in the drain plug and dosnt appear to be making much sound during wash cycles.

We’ve tried to follow the instructions to remove the agitators by using a screw driver – but there dosnt appear to be anything in the centre hole of the agitator for the screwdriver to grip.

Could you let me know if there is any other way of getting into the drum to look for this coin , or if there is a trick to removing the agitators that we might not know about?

    Thanks

    David

Not really any trick to it other than catching the screw head, with the lifter off you should be able to fish out the coin.

Thanks for that. Have had my head right inside the drum looking with a torch, not a pretty sight from the back!, there are definately no screws though just a lot of scratches from the screwdriver.

Put screwdriver down centre hole in paddle the apply sideways pressure while pulling paddle forwards
