Just having looked through the downloads section I cannot seem to find a service manual for this appliance, am I looking in the right place or have I missed it?

Do you mean a 1606W? If so, the manual is there. The only ones that aren’t (’cause I ain’t done ’em yet) are the new W288eco and D243 manuals.
