    Customer phoned today with 2 problems on his excellent machine. 🙂

    Sometimes can’t open the door after a wash ❓

    Unable to set a new temp without it defaulting to the last temp set for previous wash ❓

    Not had any calls to ISE 10 so any advise welcome

    Hi Alfie,

    Door could be the child lock thing, it’s really, really common for people to set it a way they don’t want it in error. We’re baffled as to how they do it.

    Other than that I’d just advise her to do a board reset and see what happens.
