ISE 1606 spin error

Sorry if I’ve missed a trick on the sticky error codes. I’ve scrolled through but can’t find anything on ISE machine.
Probably too late on the internet and going crosseyed.
I’ve been out to an ISE 1606 and induction motor gives 2 turns and then gives up.
Doesn’t turn on wash.
Any notions anyone?
Can’t say I’m very familiar with these, although I have basically the same machine at home with a CB motor and Maytag name on.
