Small tears that are like knife cuts; clean and straight. Searched the drum for raised holes and foreign bodies; gauged the distance between drum and heater; door gasket replaced before… all OK. Can’t find any sharp edges and the paddles are firmly held down.
Absolutely foxed…..anyone else had tearing issues with these machines? Any ideas?Thanks,
