Customer complains of W/M being stuck for at least 30 Mins with 1 minute shown in display.
Hot / warm soapy water inside.
    No fault displayed.
She re programmed onto either spin or rinse spin and it finished ok.
She checked that the pump filter was clear. This has happened a few times apparently.
Could this be a thermister problem ❓ Any thoughts welcome

Would really appreciate some input guys as I’ve not been to a repair on a 1607 before.

If the thermistor is ok what reading / value should it be?

If it’s not a heat fault what else should I be looking for?

Have I read about a reboot somewhere? And if so would this help? & how is it done?

Is the customer doing something wrong perhaps?

    Cheers in advance

    Hi Alfie,

If you look at the stickies at the top of this forum you’ll find the service manual that tells you how to get into it, check it all using diagnostics and so on. 😉

Alfie, did you resolve this problem? I have a customer with a similar problem?
