Ok I just had a new washer delivered yesterday after plumping for the ISE over the Miele i’d been looking at getting http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/forumsphpbb3/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=67484#p331933 and it’s had three washes so far and every one has had the washer squealing quite loudly on the spin cycle 😕

If i push the drum away from the front seal during the spin it stops squealing. There are lots of little rubber bits where its chaffed away due to the vibration/movement of the drum, surely this isn’t normal ? :rolls:

The machine is level and all feet are firmly down and locknuts screwed tight. It looks like the inner drum is leaning forward and touching the top of the outer fascia seal, but is about 5mm clearance at the bottom of the drum ? Could it be that the inner drum is out of alignment on the suspension ?

    PLEASE HELP !

    Hi brillo,

From the sound of it that seems as if it might be transit damage. 🙁

Can you email your details in to service@iseappliances.co.uk please and it will be sorted.

Just an update, had a reply from John Hopwood (MD) @ ISE who is coming out on Monday to replace the washer.
Can’t fault the customer service, if only other companies were this good 😀
