    Hello all,
After looking on the internet for another washing machine I couldn’t make my mind up if I would like another Miele machine after owning one last year or should I have at the ise machine. After looking at the pros and cons of both machines I decided I could get more bang for my buck with the ise machine so I looked up a local retailer closest to me was in Bradford- John Hames sent him an e mail and had a prompt reply the following morning with info about the machine and contact details. After asking various questions which he was very happy to answer I decided to place an order, he explained the machine would be ordered that same day and when he would receive it Monday (6-2-12) or Tuesday (7-2-12) I explained my only day off that week was Wednesday (8-2-12) and he said he was closed but he would come out and deliver and install the machine even though his shop was closed that day. He has been very helpful and nothing was any trouble am looking forward to receiving the machine on Wednesday. So far the service I have received has been outstanding and finally it’s been nice to deal with a little company who cares and is not a massive profit making organisation 😀 😀 😀 😀

Re: ISE 1607W story so far update …

The Machine arrived well packed and on a wooden pallet. The machine is very well built and solid, shutting the door is going to take a while getting used to, the machine to me feels like a professional machine for a domestic environment well-built and will take plenty of hammer, Well I’ve done a load of whites in the machine on a colours/whites programme 50 deg 1600 spin and it took 1hr 27mins, the machine is well built and there are no cabinet vibrations at all at full 1600spin, the machine spins at 1600rpm before doing a couple anti crease tumbles then the door automatically opens, The pump on the machine sounds powerful and not as noisy as in other machines I’ve had. The detergent drawer is the deepest I’ve seen so plenty of room for the powder, the machine uses plenty of water. I’m sorry to say but after using a miele and now using the Ise (Asko) there is no comparison in built quality and the quality of the machine. I’ve been enjoying the machine too much … to the point of where I’ve run out of laundry to do 🙁 . This machine is out of this world to use…..So far the service I have received has been outstanding and finally it’s been nice to deal with a little company who cares for the customer and not just wanting to sell a product. If you’re looking at buying an Ise washing machine and hesitating then don’t go ahead and buy one you will not be disappointed ….. Well done guys at Ise at last a well built and solid Machine
