ISE@ ?

The Repairs@ link seems to be a successful idea (for me at least) with a few jobs trickling in every week so it struck me that perhaps we should have an ISE@ link on the front page somewhere.

It would be the ideal place to put the upfront promotional stuff for the general public and could easily give the details of the nearest UKW trader at the click of a mouse?

Any thoughts on this or has this already been thought out?

Yeah, we’ve looked at it Clive.

The problem is just cost and time in all honesty and after another project or two are sorted out I want to do “things” with Repairs@ to improve it greatly and expand its capabilities. At that point integrating a solution for ISE dealers/repairers would be less hassle and means that people are only looking in one place for it, or using the one device if you like. That means it’s simple to use.

I think Clive is onto an idea here. Perhaps more suited to the ISE site where customers will come looking for info on the appliance. We can do an interactive map, where the customers click the area(for instance Scotland) and a drop down can give them the info of all the agents.
