ISE 2 1242W boiling clothes?

Hi I have a very irrate customer who is stamping his feet and wants a new machine etc.

Anyway he said when he put it a 30 min wash it was on for hours and when he stopped it and the door opened the clothed were so hot he could not touch them and it had dyed the clothes.

I have ordered the pcb and NTC sensor, has anyone else had this problem and do you guys think these parts will cure the problem?

It’s a first on an ISE2.

If anything I’d suspect the NTC, not the board as the NTC controls the temperature the board just switches the power off or on to the heater as reported by the NTC.

I had one where the customer was setting a No.1 cycle thinking it was No.7.
