Over the past couple of years I have had to change 3 or 4 console pcb’s on these machines because the customer could not select programmes correctly.
I had a call to one this morning that shows 2.32 in the display no matter what setting you turn it to.
Recently due to advice given on UKWG’s I have cured a similar fault on a couple of Hoover/Candy machines by spraying the selector switch with switch cleaner.
I decided to give it a go on this one and it cured the fault instantly. 8)
Not sure how long it will last but it saves having to change the pcb.
