Have got F2 appearing on my ISE 5 Dishwasher which is “filter blocked, cannot pump water out”. The bottom of the dishwasher is full of water and I cannot see anything in the filters that can be removed. Is my only option to soak out the water somehow and see if the pipe is blocked ?

F2 is no drain detected in the time allowed, so a drain pump blockage is entirely possible. If you wish to deal with this yourself, power off, and bail out as much water as possible before removing the drain pump motor from underneath to find any foreign body.
You are well within the guarantee period, so a call to your ISE agent is your other course of action, Be advised that if the machine is blocked due to an inappropriate object, you may be charged.
