    Installed my first ISE d/w this week which was sold on the save the planet ticket to a customer with a cupboard full of Ecover & similar stuff.
    Did the demo and got the question “Why isn’t there a rinse program?”
    Thinking on my feet I replied “The designers took it out because it is not needed as this is a AAA rated appliance and it prevents waste of precious water”

    So what is the real reason in case I get asked again?

    I *think* if you hit the prewash button with the programme knob at the 12 o’clock position, then start, it’ll do it.

    There is one!!

    Turn the programme knob to zero then press the rinse button(sorry at home atm but will post back in the morning).
