ParticipantHi Guys,
I am sorry to say that we are going to run out of stock for about 10 days on the new ISE 5.
This is due to amazing demand for the new machine (we did a months worth of business in 10 days at the start of May) which means that we will run out, before stock from the 2nd container can be sent out w/c 23rd June.
All orders in the system already for delivery this week are fine. I also have a couple of machines with our web distributor for emergency’s. We also have a few machine with scatches from transit on them and some from the ‘eco laundry’ at the sunrise festival this weekend. I can deliver these to you (we’ll agree a discount off the price on viewing) – call me directly about these if you want them to tide you over.
I hate letting you down and appologise whole heartedly for running out but with the 13 week lead time, I ordered this container mid match to be delivered 7 weeks after container one, I tried to bring if forward but because the set up is unique to us they could not help.
I have though been able to bring forward container three to be in the warehouse arround the 7th July, which means going forward this will be the last of the stock problems.
I can only appologise for underestimating the popularity of the new 5 and thank you for selling a container in 5 weeks, which though causes a short term stock issue does bode well for the future.
Regards
John

Ironicly, the festival itself was washed out 😆

It is with regret that I have to tell you that our next container of ISE 5s were not manufactured on Monday due to the motors failing the pre-production QA test.
This has resulted in Vestel completely suspending production of all machines using this motor until Q.A. at the factory are happy with the motors. This means that container 3 due for delivery 7th July is also suspended.
Over the last week I have been seeking clarification from Vestel but the details are sketchy. A new batch of motors are due in for mid July but that will mean that we will have no stock until the start of August.
As for the thousands of motors in quarantine, some will be passed as OK but we are in a ‘scrum’ for machines with all the other companies accross Europe whose orders have been prosponed. Steve Waddilove (Vestel’s UK MD) has promised to fight to get us machines as quickly as posible but the MD of all the countries are in the same fight.
I am visiting to Asko Monday so out the business until Wednesday, in my absense Ken will keep you informed.
Production moves all the time, and this sort of thing it not uncommon but you never normally notice as I have stock in hand on 2s and 10s and the old 5. While it’s re-assuring they take Q.A. so seriously, it is just massively disappointing this happened at a time we have no stock.
Sorry,
John (gutted)

Turkey 3 – 2 Czech Republic in a remarkable game. NOW is the time to compliment Vestel and get to the top of the queue. Take any advantage you can get!

UPDATE
I had a call this morning, the machines will be produced this week/next and dispatched within a week of that so we should have stock about the end of the month start of next.
I will clarify once I have confirmation of dates etc.

Hi Guys,
I am a bit less down hearted than my last post. As Ken said it looks like Vestel UK have manged to secure some enough motors for us to get a container load for the start of July.
The Sunrise machines have gone now as Mark said it was washed out (which is why they are unused) but Myself and Sean had diven down to set up on the Wednesday, they could not get the van on the field as it was too wet and when they suggested putting them on a horse and cart to get them accross we turned round and went home for ‘health and safety’ reasons.
I had a very useful trip to Asko and have skaken hands on a dishwasher. More details to follow shortly.
John
