    ISE 5 TYPE CI 555WH DOOR WONT RELEASE

    If you come across this fault it may very well be worth checking to see if the water has been connected to the hot instead of the cold water supply.

    If the NTC senses that the tempreture is over 60 degrees, it will not allow the door lock to release. Apparently this is a safety feature that was built into the software that the manufacturers omitted to tell us about.
