Ive got at least seven jobs that I’m awaiting payment for, five of them I sent off over two months ago.
I’ve spoken to David, emailed & even sent a reminder in the post with the last two jobs I am claiming for.

I don’t seem to be getting anywhere fast. K, I know you have better things to do than deal with this but I was hoping you could get accounts at least to e-mail me, so I know they are on the case.

Hi Tim,

There have been some delays and I do know about it, it was down to holidays and having to re-task staff due to the whole debacle with the insurer recently. Both things have caused considerable delay on many fronts.

Added to which we’ve been getting absolutely hammered on rejections by the insurer, most of which we’ve had to fight tooth and nail to get payment for.

There are a truck of payments going this week as I freaked out when I saw all the cheques sat to be sent.
