    I have a ISE AW23 around 2 months old.

    I noticed the door seal is mishapen and developing rather large holes in it on the underside.

    The whole unit moves and vibrates quite a lot too which I’m unhappy with.

    I have emailed ISE but got nothing back?

    Any ideas?

    I would give them a ring if it`s been a few days since you emailed them, mail can get lost in cyberspace 😉 Give them a ring on 0845 226 1268 I`m sure they will get it sorted for you ASAP.
