ISE CI555 WH – beyond repair?

I bought one of the early ISE washing machines (model CI555) about 6 years ago. It’s had several repairs over the years but today the drum stopped rotating and having a quick look in the back showed that the motor had sheared away from the drum housing. The housing is a plastic mould and it looks like the motor was attached in two places, both of which have failed. It seems, therefore, that the main housing would need replacement which I’m guessing would be expensive both in parts and time to fit. Given that it was only guaranteed for 5 years and its lasted for 6, should I assume that this is now not worth repairing (since other components are likely to fail) and that a new machine would be a better investment?

Not beyond repair but I’d certainly think twice about attempting such a costly tub change for sure. 🙁
