I’m getting an intermittent F11 fault on my ISE D243W dishwasher – does anyone have any suggestions? I’ve tried to get the drain hose off to look for blockages but can’t get far enough into the unit to disconnect the drain hose from the main body of the dishwasher. If anyone has any advice on how to access the drain pump for testing and to disconnect the hose then this would be really welcome. I’ve checked the filters and they are all clean. Also checked the pump isn’t jammed and it seems to spin without any obstructions. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
