Hi Tim,

If you remind me during the day tomorrow I think that’s in the instructions, which I’ve yet to make available fro download but, if it’s like mine, the shortest proper program is about 1:45-2:15 roughly. It does alter though like most depending on the conditions.

But, for commercial application, if time is a concern as in they don’t want it to take too long, the D243 isn’t ideal IMO.

At the moment they have a Hoover dishwasher, which they have used 3 times a day for 4 years with no trouble up until last week. 😯

It has a 59 minute 70oC cycle. Which is ideal for them.

Apparently, the cook & bottle washer says they aren’t allowed to wash below 70oC. Elf & safety. ❓

Sounds about right.

TBH though they are looking at 2 hours plus realistically. The ISE will clean loads better but take longer.
