    Just had a call from an ISE customer of mine who has moved to Bolton.

    Needs a service call on a CI555WH, no fault details as yet.

    Its a little bit out of my area and ATM I am very busy, booked for next three days at least.

    Had a look at local suppliers list and noticed someone in Bury called Belec.

    Is it OK if I give the customer their contact details?

    OK, Its on a 1+5 contract and sounds like it might need brushes.

    Sent an e-mail to Belec to warn them they may get a call, used e-mail address on ISE agents page, its just bounced back. :rolls:
